Outings in the winter can sometimes be tough due to the cold and snowy weather. However, residents at The Pines don’t let that stop them – they’ve recently been making the most out of their winter outings. First they enjoyed a trip to the Prairie du Sac St. Vincent de Paul store. They visit the store three to four times a year to find seasonal decorations and other items, and they always love seeing people there that they know from the community. The seniors also had lots of fun going on a bus ride to view all of the Christmas lights around town. While on that ride, some neighborhood carolers came on the bus and sang songs! What a wonderful surprise that was. Lastly, residents attended the St. Aloysius Catholic School Christmas Program. It’s always such a joy to see the children perform and get into the Christmas spirit. Thanks to all who shared their time and talents with us! To view pictures, please click on the web album.
