January was COLD, but that didn’t stop Pines and Pine Villa folks from taking bus rides out and about. The change of scenery is always nice, especially in the winter. The Pines folks even got to see eagles, which is always exciting. A big thank you to Miss Maria’s Childcare Center for coming to visit Pine Glen tenants! Everyone played games together – and thank you to the families for providing yummy treats! Pine Glen also hosted a community blood drive, collecting 24 units. Thank you to everyone who participated. Pianist Richard Shaten performed a “By Request” program, and folks were amazed he could play any song they could think of. And since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, the ladies started making lovely decorations to get ready for the month of love. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
