The month started with the last visit of the school year by the Grand Avenue 4th graders. The kiddos and folks played balloon volleyball and Hot Potato, and of course had fun with the parachute! Resident George amazed us with his fantastic milk jug artwork! One man’s trash is quite literally another’s treasure! The 1st graders from Bridges Elementary also visited and created some beautiful art of their own with sidewalk chalk. The weather was great for some tri-shaw rides, and music by Skip Jones with root beer floats afterward was a wonderful way to celebrate Father’s Day. The bus took folks to June Tunes at Meyer Oak Grove Park, and both Pines and Pine Villa took scenic bus trips. It was a great month of summer fun!
