October was full of fall fun, starting with a trip to Country Bumpkin Farm in the Wisconsin Dells. Folks had a wonderful day - taking a wagon ride, feeding the animals and picking out pumpkins. A little later in the month they took a ride to see the fall colors and visited Mystic Valley Dairy, the family farm of resident Jennette. Her son, Mitch, got on the bus and was the guide, talking about the daily happenings. There were fall-themed crafts to make and games to play, and as Halloween drew near, students from Bridges Elementary School braved a chilly day and paraded by outside in their costumes, which brought lots of smiles. A big thank you to Nashville recording artist Maggie Mae Kenworthy for stopping by and singing for folks. What a thrill! To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
