The weather finally warmed up and some of the ladies planted flowers in the raised beds. One of the joys of summer! Another joy of summer is celebrating our Dads, so each of the guys got a card and a cold beer or root beer to help celebrate Father’s Day. A group took the campus bus to the Middleton Performing Arts Center for a Music and Memory Matinee by the Larry Busch Big Band and it was a fantastic performance! Thanks to our volunteer pilots we could offer more trishaw rides with family and friends. There was a patriotic handiwork project to get ready for the Fourth of July, more scenic bus trips, and delightful concerts by singer/songwriter Jay Hoffman and harpist Shari Sarazin.
